Melissa Keyser  is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or products. All products are used at the customer’s discretion.

SNAIL MAIL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Snail Mail Subscription is a recurring physical mailing delivered every other month.

Billing & Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Melissa Keyser to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.


Charges occur automatically on your billing date.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. 

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted by the 20th day of the month to avoid being charged and receiving the following season’s letter. See below for publishing schedule. 

Shipping

Subscription mailings ship on or around the 1st date of every other month. Publication is as follows:

  • Fall (sent around September 1st, to all orders made before August 20)

  • Early Winter (send around November 1st, to all orders made before October 20)

  • Winter (sent around December 1st, to all orders made before December 20)

  • Late Winter (sent 

  • Spring

  • Late Summer

Delivery times vary depending on location and postal carrier.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost mail.

Address Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address. Melissa Keyser is not responsible for packages shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

No Refund Policy

All Snail Mail Subscription purchases are final sale.

Because each mailing is prepared in advance and inventory is reserved specifically for subscribers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a charge has been processed.

If your subscription arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello @ melissakeyser.com, and we will gladly work to make it right.

Email Communications

When you subscribe or make a purchase, you will receive transactional emails related to your order and subscription.
